Bridy Sargant, HR OnTrack Founder, has over 15 years experience as a HR and L&D practitioner and has a post-graduate degree in Human Resources. She has been working as a HR/L&D consultant, providing innovative solutions for a variety of organisations, for over 7 years.
Bridy’s law degree and five years as a lawyer at Clayton Utz gives her an advantage in understanding and managing compliance issues. As a university lecturer she taught law specialising in contract, property and business law as well as human resources management.
Bridy has worked in the legal, not-for-profit, manufacturing and health sectors (public and private) and understands small to medium business. She likes to work in close partnership with organisations to identify their HR and L&D needs and implement them in the most cost effective and timely manner, utilising her Executive Coaching skills to provide support to both the management team and staff.
Professional Acting Staff
For our Presentation/Public Speaking (Manager or Staff) courses and in some of our Manager On Track Programs we can utilise a professional actor to demonstrate public speaking techniques and assist our HR OnTrack Consultants with role plays to demonstrate potential manager/staff interactions.
We find this assists course participants to put the theory into context.
